Lemon Lime Miso Dressing

Continuing on the subject of probiotics, here is another tasty way to incorporate miso into your diet. This is a delicious tangy dressing that goes well with a crisp butter lettuce and arugula salad with chives, cucumber, and pistachios, or  drizzled over steamed veggies.

Ingredients:

1 tbsp yellow miso paste

juice of 1/2 lemon and 1 lime

1-2 tbsp olive oil

dash paprika

splash of apple cider vinegar

Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl with a fork.
